TellSpotAI may operate components of the service through infrastructure operated or controlled by TellSpotAI and may engage independent service providers and subprocessors for defined technical, operational, security, support, payment, and professional functions.
This page identifies provider categories rather than specific provider names. Provider assignments may change as TellSpotAI operates, secures, scales, supports, or improves the service. 2. Provider Selection and Changes
TellSpotAI may add, replace, or remove independent providers and subprocessors as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, scale, support, or improve the service.
TellSpotAI assesses providers according to the nature of their services and the data they may process and requires appropriate contractual, confidentiality, security, and data-protection commitments.
Where applicable law or a separate written agreement requires notice of a material provider change, TellSpotAI will provide notice through the website, an account notice, email, or another reasonable method.
3. International Processing
Providers may process data in countries where they or their infrastructure operate. TellSpotAI limits transfers to data reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose and uses lawful safeguards where required, as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
4. Customer-Configured External Services
If a Customer configures, selects, or authorizes an external AI service, integration, contact link, website, messaging service, payment service, or other external service, that service may process data independently under its own terms and privacy practices.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that Customer-configured services and external links are lawful, secure, authorized, and suitable for the intended use.
