2. Provider Changes
TellSpotAI may add, replace, or remove subprocessors as needed to operate, secure, scale, support, or improve the service. When required by law or agreement, we may provide notice of material subprocessor changes through our website, account notice, email, or other reasonable means.
3. Customer-Configured Providers
If a Customer configures or authorizes an AI provider, integration, contact link, website, messaging service, or other external service, that service may process data independently according to its own terms and privacy policy. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any Customer-configured provider or external link is lawful, secure, and suitable for the intended use.
