Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains the rules that apply when using TellSpotAI. It forms part of the TellSpotAI Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your users, administrators, employees, contractors, agents, and End Users comply with this AUP.
1. General Rule
You must use TellSpotAI lawfully, safely, honestly, and in a way that does not harm TellSpotAI, Customers, End Users, third parties, or the public. You must not use TellSpotAI to create, publish, automate, display, route, facilitate, or amplify unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, high-risk, exploitative, or harmful activity.
2. Prohibited Uses
- Violating any law, regulation, court order, contract, or third-party right.
- Misleading, deceiving, defrauding, impersonating, manipulating, or exploiting any person or organization.
- Creating fake reviews, fake endorsements, fake identities, spam, deceptive marketing, fraudulent communications, or scam funnels.
- Publishing or routing visitors to false, unauthorized, or fraudulent Customer Contact Methods.
- Using Customer Contact Methods for phishing, unauthorized payments, impersonation, fake support, misleading off-platform communications, or illegal transactions.
- Uploading, processing, or disclosing confidential information without authorization.
- Violating intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or confidentiality obligations.
- Generating or distributing unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, abusive, or discriminatory content.
- Collecting or processing children's personal information without required legal authorization.
- Collecting or processing sensitive personal information without a lawful basis, required notices, and appropriate safeguards.
- Generating malware, phishing content, credential theft instructions, vulnerability exploitation steps, or content intended to compromise systems.
- Circumventing usage limits, billing controls, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, copying, benchmarking, or extracting the service except as permitted by law or written agreement.
- Using TellSpotAI to develop, train, or improve a competing product or service.
- Interfering with, overloading, disrupting, or harming the service or related infrastructure.
- Using TellSpotAI in a way that may expose TellSpotAI, Customers, End Users, or third parties to legal, security, reputational, or operational risk.
3. Regulated and High-Risk Uses
TellSpotAI is not designed for high-risk, safety-critical, or regulated decision-making. You must not use TellSpotAI as a substitute for qualified professional judgment or as the sole basis for decisions that may affect a person's rights, safety, health, finances, legal status, employment, education, insurance, housing, credit, public benefits, or access to essential services.
- Medical diagnosis, treatment decisions, emergency advice, clinical instructions, or healthcare triage.
- Legal advice as a substitute for a qualified lawyer.
- Financial, investment, insurance, tax, credit, lending, or payment advice as a substitute for a qualified professional.
- Employment, hiring, promotion, termination, worker evaluation, education admission, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, public benefits, immigration, law enforcement, or legal rights decisions.
- Government, public authority, emergency, safety-critical, or essential service determinations.
- Any regulated industry or high-risk context without independent legal review and TellSpotAI's prior written approval.
4. AI Transparency and End User Protection
When you make a Spot available to End Users, you must provide appropriate notices and disclosures, including AI transparency notices where required. You must not claim that AI Output is guaranteed, human-reviewed, professional advice, legally binding, medically approved, financially reliable, or suitable for high-risk decisions unless you independently verify it and are legally authorized to make that representation.
5. Customer Contact Methods
You must keep Customer Contact Methods accurate, authorized, lawful, and safe. You must not add a phone number, email address, website, WhatsApp or messaging link, social profile, booking link, address, or payment link that you do not own or have permission to use. You must not use contact methods to impersonate, deceive, harass, defraud, collect unauthorized personal information, evade enforcement, or route users to illegal or harmful content.
6. Content and Knowledge Bases
You must ensure that uploaded knowledge base content is accurate enough for the purpose for which you use it, lawful, authorized, and not misleading. You must not upload outdated, contradictory, stolen, confidential, private, harmful, or restricted content. You should remove unnecessary personal data and avoid uploading sensitive data unless legally authorized and covered by appropriate safeguards.
You must not use missing-information analytics, contact-request metrics, visitor question samples, or grouped topics to collect unnecessary personal data, infer sensitive information, profile individuals unlawfully, harass visitors, or contact individuals without a lawful basis.
You are responsible for reviewing missing-information and contact-request insights carefully before adding new knowledge base content. Do not add private, confidential, misleading, unsafe, or unauthorized information in response to analytics suggestions.
7. Security Rules
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, models, networks, or infrastructure.
- Do not test, scan, or probe the service in a way that causes harm, disruption, degradation, data exposure, or unauthorized access.
- Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, usage controls, billing controls, safety controls, or access restrictions.
- Do not upload malicious files, scripts, payloads, or harmful instructions.
- Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly to TellSpotAI.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove or restrict content, disable Customer Contact Methods, disable public Spots, suspend or terminate accounts, limit access to features, preserve relevant information, notify affected parties, or report matters to service providers, regulators, law enforcement, or other authorities where appropriate or required.
9. Reporting Violations
To report fraud, impersonation, fake contact methods, phishing, illegal content, privacy concerns, intellectual property violations, security issues, or other abuse, contact [email protected]. For legal notices or formal requests, contact [email protected].
