Do not rely on TellSpotAI or this report process for emergency response.
4. Privacy and Personal Data Concerns
If your report involves personal information, privacy rights, data deletion, data access, or unauthorized disclosure of personal data, contact [email protected]. If the issue relates to a Customer-operated Spot, the Customer may be responsible for handling certain privacy requests. We may forward or redirect your request to the relevant Customer where appropriate and lawful.
5. Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content on TellSpotAI infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, contact [email protected]. Include your name and contact information, a description of the protected work or right, the URL or location of the allegedly infringing content, a statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized, supporting evidence, and your physical or electronic signature.
6. Security Vulnerabilities
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in TellSpotAI, email [email protected] with the subject line "Security Vulnerability". Do not publicly disclose the issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it. Do not access, modify, delete, disrupt, or exfiltrate data that does not belong to you. Do not perform testing that may harm TellSpotAI, customers, visitors, infrastructure, or third-party providers.
7. What Happens After a Report
After receiving a report, we may review the reported Spot, content, account, Customer Contact Methods, messages, logs, or related activity; contact the reporter; contact the relevant Customer or account owner; preserve relevant records; remove, restrict, disable, or label content; disable Customer Contact Methods; suspend or terminate accounts; limit access to a Spot or feature; report serious matters to law enforcement, regulators, service providers, or affected parties where appropriate or required; or decline to take action if we cannot verify a violation or if the report does not involve TellSpotAI.
We are not required to provide detailed investigation results, internal findings, enforcement reasoning, or confidential information.
8. False or Misleading Reports
Do not submit false, misleading, malicious, abusive, or bad-faith reports. We may limit, reject, or take action against reports that are fraudulent, repetitive, abusive, unlawful, or intended to harm others unfairly.

Requests should include the requesting authority or party, contact information, legal basis, specific information requested, relevant account, Spot, URL, Customer Contact Method, identifier, applicable date range, and any court order, subpoena, warrant, official request, or other legal document.
We review legal requests for validity, scope, and applicable law. We may reject or narrow requests that are invalid, overbroad, unclear, or inconsistent with applicable legal requirements. We may preserve information where legally required or where reasonably necessary for security, abuse, legal, or dispute purposes, even if an account deletion request is pending.
10. Reports About Customer-Operated Spots
Many TellSpotAI Spots are created and operated by independent Customers. Customers are responsible for their own content, knowledge base materials, Customer Contact Methods, business information, visitor interactions, privacy notices, and legal compliance. Where a report concerns a Customer-operated Spot, we may take platform-level action, notify the Customer, request correction, restrict the Spot, disable contact methods, or direct the reporter to contact the Customer, depending on the circumstances.
